My art is often inspired by my personal experiences & deeply passionate involvement in organizations within my community. My heart is held together by each organization, non-profit, and companies/brands created by incredible groups and people who I am blessed to love. Please consider donating to/supporting these orgs.

I'm a founding member of Return 2 Cindr (R2C), an Artist Collective. Our team of artists consist of talents amongst different mediums. We have used our love for art to engage in community through coordinating, facilitating, and hosting various events such as paint & sips, open mics, and poetry slams. Although we are currently inactive, we still aim to encourage the world to support other artists, and we never shy away from being a helping hand to other organizations.

As a supporter of my friends at Write Art Out, I've attended many poetry open mics: The Blah x3 Poetry Spot Show, featured a poetry set, and co-hosted an event for International Woman's History Month. The collective seeks to create itself as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, create more literary programs, fund literary artists for the advancement of their craft, and create new platforms for more artists.

As a supporter of my friends at BWOMS, I've attended many open mics and performed as a featured poet. I also featured on their YouTube series: Fresh Cuts. BWOMS is a project of BorderSenses, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to promoting the literary arts and literacy projects in the El Paso region, we believe in the power of storytelling, poetry, and performance to connect and cultivate a community of creatives.
The Open Mic series offers a platform for writers, musicians, and performers to share their work in a welcoming and supportive environment.

As an active paying member & supporter of my friends at Write About Now (WAN) Poetry, I've participated in many virtual open mics and poetry slams by WAN. I've also featured a poetry set in person at their main location in Houston, TX. Write About Now is the preferred destination of poetry for thousands of individuals living in Houston and beyond each year. They host workshops, other events around the country, and publish poetry books.

As a supporter of my friends at Beliefs Over Acceptance, I've attended open mics, featured as a competitor for their competition shows, and volunteered with Beliefs Over Acceptance (BOA) in Kaiserslautern, Germany. Their mission is to build COMMUNITY for people to network and connect all over the world.

I'm a mentor for grieving youth through TAPS which is the national nonprofit organization providing compassionate care and comprehensive resources to all those grieving a death in the military or veteran community.
Since 1994, TAPS has provided comfort and hope 24/7 through a national peer support network and connection to grief resources, all at no cost to surviving families and loved ones.
TAPS is a national nonprofit 501(c)3 Veterans Service Organization and is not part of, or endorsed by, the Department of Defense.

I was lucky enough to experience poetry on Guam & joined the poetry team as a spoken word poetry coach and amateur event DJ for Sinangån-ta Youth Movement.
Sinangån-ta Youth Movement was Guam's official nonprofit youth spoken word and poetry slam organization. The organization is not currently active, but I owe it to mention them in this list.
